Bhakti is the yoga of love, of the heart — a path of devotion that remembers the Divine through mantra and music.
In this 4-week series, you are invited into the living tradition of Bhakti through gentle asana, breath, philosophy, and sacred sound.
Each class will weave together:
Cultivation of a personal devotional practice
Heart-opening
Introduction to Bhakti philosophy and mantra
Call-and-response chanting (no singing experience needed)
Harmonium, rhythm, and devotional song
This series is designed to be welcoming, embodied, and experiential — not a performance, but a practice. Students will learn how mantra works, how sound affects the nervous system and subtle body, and how devotion can become a living, personal relationship rather than a concept.
The series will culminate in a community Kirtan, offering students the opportunity to experience collective devotional singing as a powerful practice of joy, healing, and connection.
Classes can be taken progressively or individually.
All are welcome — especially those who feel called to sing, pray, or open their hearts, even if they’ve never done so before.
