Kirtan is the practice of Bhakti Yoga - yoga of devotion, where we open our hearts to and sing the names of God in praise in call and response, which gives us all the opportunity to sing and listen. When we listen, we attune ourselves to the love of the Divine. When we sing, we ourselves become songs for that love. Devotional chanting is a deeply healing ancient practice that allows us to be in felt relationship with the Mother. No experience necessary. Come as you are.
